How long are books free or discounted on Amazon?
Generally, books maintain their price for 24 to 48 hours. On occasion, an author will increase their book’s price early so always verify a book’s price before downloading from Amazon.
Why aren’t there genre categories in your daily newsletter?
We are only listing the best of the best Kindle books each day, and we never know what genres will be represented. Many books also fall into multiple genres. Providing a non-genre-specific list will expose readers to books that they might enjoy even though they aren’t their typical reading genre. We have received more positive comments than negative ones, and this method has served us well since 2010.
Do I have to visit Digital Book Today every day to see your books?
No, you can subscribe to our newsletter and receive one email daily with our featured free books along with selected books that are on sale. Our newsletter is free and you may unsubscribe at any time. Click here to sign up.

The DBT Reading Club is our way of rewarding readers for reading and reviewing books that are featured on Digital Book Today.
Do I have to read specific books to participate?
No. Our reading club works more like a library reading program than a book club, and you can earn points on whichever genres and books you enjoy reading so long as the books were featured on Digital Book Today.
How do I earn points, and what can I redeem them for?
Points can be earned for various activities including reading and reviewing books featured on our site. Rewards change from time to time, but may include gift cards, Digital Book Today swag, and Kindle Ereader devices.
How much does it cost, and how can I sign up?

Can I pay for my promotion via PayPal?
Due to numerous issues with PayPal functionality, we no longer accept PayPal on our website. However, Digital Book Today promotions can be purchased with PayPal on the CraveBooks platform.
How can I feature my book on Digital Book Today?

AWARDS CONTEST FAQ
How will books be judged?
All books entered in our contest will be read and rated by one or more of our judges, and each of our judges has a minimum of ten years of experience in the book industry. Books will be judged on character development, pacing and plot progression, dialogue and narrative flow, grammar and writing mechanics, overall reader engagement, and additional literary qualities.
What prizes will be awarded?
1. All books that place in our contest qualify to use a DBT Award Winner emblem in their marketing.
2. Each first-place winner will be randomly assigned one additional literary prize from among the following:
— $100 cash prize, provided by Digital Book Today ($100 value, 1 winner)
— A Book Nerdection professional book review and author interview, provided by Book Nerdection ($100 value each, 5 winners)
— An Indies Today editorial review, provided by Indies Today ($89 value each, 3 winners)
— A free Digital Book Today promotion, provided by Digital Book Today ($15 to $20 value each, multiple winners)
